​Please note:  Your hire is contingent upon submission of the required paperwork and, otherwise, completion of the District's hiring processes including your background, license, and highly qualified checks, among others.


Complete all new hire and payroll documents to the Office of Human Resources at ESC within 14 calendar days of receiving the link to this page.

What's next?

You will recieve an email notification once the Substitute Office has processed your paperwork, and you have been cleared for substitute teaching.

You will be required to attend a Substitute Orientation which the email notification will include the dates, times, and locations of the required orientation.  You will need to RSVP with the date you plan to attend and we will confirm your reservation by email.

We ask that you do not accept any substitute positions in AESOP until you have registered.
