免費和減價午餐 (Free & Reduced Meals)
經由全國學校午餐計劃,免費和減價午餐將提供給資格符合的學生。每學年的學生註冊袋內都附有此項申請表。每學年的頭兩個星期,櫻桃溪學生的午餐費,將保持與上一學年相同的價格、 免費或減價。在這兩個星期內,這一學年的申請表必須填好並送交學校廚房或“食物與營養服務辦公室”,然後才能決定本學年的資格。送交申請表後不意味學生自動符合免費和減價餐的資格。一旦“食物和營養服務辦公室”收到申請表,需要長達十個工作日才完成資格確定。在學年期間內的任何時間,都可以申請免費或減價午餐。
有全國學校午餐計劃資格的學生,可以享有學校有關活動的折扣優惠。也可能有資格申請醫療補助Medicaid或通過兒童健康保險計劃Child Health Plan Plus申請醫療保險,請電1.800.359.1991查詢。學生的家長或監護人必須送交資格函件的副本。家長或監護人可以與“食物和營養服務辦公室”聯繫要求更換該資格函件的副本,電話是720-886-7173
