Mangement Team is ready to “Wok ‘n Roll” for the 2017 ProStart Invitational
Competition on Friday March 3rd at Johnson & Wales University!
Their Asian fusion restaurant concept has them excited to pitch their concept
“Shark Tank style” to a board of judges who will critique their overall
concept, floorplan, menu, and marketing tactics. The team researched menu items
and worked with the ProStart class to create the dishes and photograph them in
class on February 2nd. The team is also working alongside Alan
Rydlund’s Architecture class to create a professional floorplan design for
their restaurant. Students include: Alyssa Roberts, Ashley Moreland, Tala Adi,
Zach Tran, and Makayla Brunell. Their mentors include Tim Lynott and Joe Morley
with Brinker International (Chili’s Restaurant).

from Yaya’s Bistro have been working tirelessly to help the team succeed in
their 3-course meal execution! Students include: Kyle Tatlock, Trevor
Wurtsmith, Kristina Armijo, Nicole Palacios, and Jacorri Daughtry.
